How do I create workflows in Process Street?

You must be an administrator or a full member with edit access to build or alter workflows. You can create workflows in your private library and share them with your team later on or create them in your organization library following these steps:


Step 1: Click New in the top right corner of your screen and select Workflow.


Step 2: Click Blank Workflow in the top left corner, and change the workflow name accordingly. You can also add an optional description for your workflow just below its name.


Step 3: Add tasks or headings to your workflow by clicking the aptly-named buttons and entering the task and heading names. You can also copy/paste a list of task items from another tool such as Excel or Google sheets.


Step 4: Re-order your headings and tasks using the up and down arrows.

• If you want to copy a task/heading and its content, click Duplicate.

• Click the trash icon if you want to delete a task or heading.

• Click Approval to add a sign-off task into your workflow.


Step 5: Click Publish to save the changes you made to your workflow.

How can I assign tasks in Process Street?

Process Street helps you delegate and monitor tasks effortlessly. Here are the steps to assigning users to tasks:


Step 1: Open your workflow run by clicking on the active workflow's name. Go to the task you wish to assign a user to by clicking the task or job name.


Step 2: Click the Assign icon at the top of the screen. Search for a user using the search box that appears, then select the name to assign the user to the task. You can also assign tasks to groups.
