The Olark does not offer any customized CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) because Olark has already provided customization tools that have control over your chat box size, shape, location, text, colors, and others. Furthermore, through that Javascript API, Olark also offers you control of the appearance and behavior of your chatbox.
Where does Olark store my data? Is it secure?
Indeed, Olark makes sure your data is secure. All data is collected. It is stored in an encrypted format, and all transcript data and visitor’s information (IP address, browser, referring page) are stored in an access-controlled database. Furthermore, any data that is collected and is related to your account remains your property.
Do I need a developer to Install Olark?
