What is auto invite in chat?
This feature lets you automatically send a chat invitation to a site visitor if their browsing habits meet certain conditions that you’ve defined. You can set the rules for Auto Invites on your settings. You can make the rules as simple or as complex as you want. Once “live,” visitors will be sent a chat invite if they meet the rules you’ve set.
How do I have chat transcripts automatically emailed to me?
To have chat transcripts automatically emailed to you, all you need to do is go to your Settings and click on Advanced. Simple check the Email Chat Transcript checkbox. After that, enter the email addresses that you would like the transcripts to be sent to. Save your changes to complete the setup.
