Create an account with MailerLite, and you will automatically have access to their Free Plan. The Free Plan includes access to main features such as automation, landing page builder, and more. If you want to opt for the Premium Plan, you can do so anytime by logging in to your account and navigate to the Plan and Billing page.
Is it possible to take out the MailerLite logo from my landing pages?
The MailerLite logo will always appear in the footer of your newsletter, landing pages, and website. You can only remove it by upgrading your Free plan to a paid subscription. To upgrade your plan, log in to your account and go to the Plan and Billing page.
How can my MailerLite account be approved?
First, two steps need to be completed to validate your MailerLite account. Complete your profile by filling in all the necessary information asked about you and your company. Then, request approval. Verify your business by entering your business’ website URL and your domain email address. After these two steps are done, MailerLite will then review your account.
What payment options are available?
MailerLite’s responsive landing page builder can be paid through credit cards for the monthly plans. Only yearly plans have the additional option of paying through PayPal aside from credit cards.
What if I wish to upgrade to another plan when my plan has not expired yet?
MailerLite will firstly compute what you have already consumed from your current plan. You will then be asked to pay for the difference between your new and current plan. You’ll see your new plan’s prorated costs before you proceed with your payment.
Can I opt to downgrade my plan?
Yes, simply go to your “Plan and Billing” page and look for the “Upgrade or Downgrade” orange button. If you prefer to cancel all payments, click on the “Forever Free Plan,” then proceed to the gray “Downgrade” button.
How do I proceed to create an A/B split testing for my landing page?
You will need to create your landing page first using their landing page editor. When you’re done, you can choose to “Save as a Draft” or “Save and Publish.” In the Landing page section, you can click the “Create Split Test” button.
How to create a landing page template?
You can go to the dropdown menu and click “My Templates” from your account. Create a template by adding a name and choosing the option to create a landing page template. From there, you will be directed to the predesigned templates in MailerLite’s Template Gallery.
Can I add SSL certificates to my landing pages?
Yes, you can. Simply proceed to the “Domains” section in “Landing Page Settings” and click on the subdomain you want the certificate to add. Then click on the orange “Activate SSL button” to finish the activation.
How can I add a Facebook tracking pixel to my landing page?
To add a Facebook tracking pixel, find your “Sites” page. Click on the name of the landing page you want to add the tracking pixel. Then, navigate to “Page settings” and click “Edit.” Scroll down until the “Settings” section with the 3 tabs: SEO settings, Social share, and Analytics and custom code. From there, choose the “Analytics and Custom Codes” tab and enter your Facebook tracking ID in the Facebook pixel field.
