Frequently Asked Questions
Truely is based on AI algorithms that are getting smarter every day.
What is MyHeritage?
MyHeritage is a world leader in discovering family history. The platform helps users trace their roots and identify familial relationships through a DNA test. A user obtains a MyHeritage DNA test kit, takes a cheek swab, mails the sample to the MyHeritage lab, and gets the results in four to six weeks.
The platform then matches the user's DNA with the billions of DNA records in the MyHeritage database. In addition, MyHeritage algorithms allow for calculating the user's ethnicity and pinpointing possible origins and ancestors.
Additionally, MyHeritage serves as a family tree platform that allows users to generate family trees based on MyHeritage records collected worldwide. With MyHeritage, you can create stunning family trees while finding long-lost relatives or family members you have never met.
